I obtained my BA degree in 2006 and my practical nursing license in 1979.

The art of healing our bodies naturally became a passion for me at the age of 35. I was diagnosed with a gastrointestinal disease, medically known as Crohn’s.
This disease had proven to be a debilitating disorder that weakened and compromised my immune system.

I was medically advised to consider ways to reduce stress levels. While on my intimate journey to better health, wholeness, and healing, I began my personal roadmap to experience the success of healing the body with earth's minerals. Awakened by my love and passion for teaching, I began my approach to successfully achieve wellness, as it relates to health and wholeness. Once I became enlightened by the outcome to gain better health inside of wholeness, my journey was then initiated. I began to consider ways to construct, educate, and execute the natural vision to proficient health with wellness in its natural entity.

During stages of knowledgeable study, I became more enclaved with the successful outcome of defining natural remedies. My relevant contribution is to assist all that join the path to achieve better health.

My family and I are committed with a focus of studying health, wellness, and wholeness, with the beneficial usage that essential oils, herbs, and plants aid in healing our bodies naturally. We share experiences of strength, hope, and “Living Your Best Life”, in our written works. We invite you to join us on a more vibrant, purpose-driven life.
